Cancellation policy

There is no refund on registration fees. While we understand that circumstances may arise that cause your plans to change, we must adhere to a business policy. Because it is impossible for the Atlanta Knitting Guild to favor one individual situation or circumstance over another, we apply our policy in all situations and make no exceptions to our cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend a class you may have someone take the class in your place, but the Guild will not assist you in finding a replacement. Please inform us of any substitutions by emailing to programs@atlantaknittingguild.org

Registered students who miss class will have any handouts provided by the instructor saved for them. No handouts will be given to those not registered. 

If the event is cancelled by the guild, registrants will receive a full refund.
